The Healthcare 21 Group offers a complete suite of services including Installation, Operational Advice, Essential Upgrades, Corrective Maintenance, Warranty Cover, Repair and Breakdown Support and Annual PM/Fully Comprehensive Service Contracts, designed to maintain the optimal performance of the single or multi usage Contrast Delivery Systems we distribute.

Our Engineers have completed comprehensive Technical Training with Guerbet and are fully certified to work on our portfolio of Injectors.  Recertification is completed biennially. All work is expertly completed in line with Manufacturer Approved Procedures and only OEM parts are used. Our highly trained, specialized Technical Engineers provide onsite assessments, diagnostics, and service to ensure that equipment downtime is minimal, including the provision of loan equipment if required. Our aim is to provide a consistent and exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of our customers.

We use our Asset Management System, AssetTrak, to track and trace each process/movement that occurs to each Injector and both a full Service/Repair and Electrical Safety Test Report are furnished to the customer every time a device is seen by the Engineering Team.  All test equipment used by the Team is maintained and calibrated to the required standards annually and calibration certificates can be provided if requested.
