AssetTrak System
The AssetTrak system is a long established (since 2012) cloud-based service which assists customers in managing products, required by clinicians and clients to ensure their safe, effective use and care in their relevant environments. Healthcare 21 utilise AssetTrak to track over 300,000 assets across 95,000 sites in the UK and Ireland. AssetTrak is accessed by over 2,000 customer users to manage the requisition process for online view of available stock, issuing of locally held stock, delivery, collection, decontamination and storage of medical aids, appliances and equipment. Customers have complete visibility of request progression/history, ensuring a comprehensive real-time overview of equipment status and access to download Service Certificates as required.

AssetTrak provides a single track-and-trace solution ensuring all aspects of a product lifecycle are recorded to give a true and accurate life cost of the product from point of initial purchase to its end of life. Assets can be tracked and managed with multiple identifiers including Barcode, Manufacturer Serial, Customer Asset Number.
AssetTrak enables engineers and driver/installers to record work in real time using Mobile Apps with immediate notifications to Admin Teams and prescribing clinicians on the system. Engineers consume and order parts in real time ensuring comprehensive stock management, efficient replenishment, and order processes to optimise equipment uptime.
